Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Any bookings for Golfing Holidays – Worldwide is accepted on these terms and conditions and should be read carefully:-
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
All travellers are required to have valid Passports. Visas may be required for certain destinations, but you will be advised of this at time of making reservation. Please advise Golfing Holidays – Worldwide if you are travelling on anything other than an Australian Passport.
DEPOSITS:
All rates are quoted in Australian dollars, and are per person, based on twin/double occupancy, or single accommodation if specifically requested. They are subject to currency fluctuations. The requested deposit must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice, as nothing is confirmed until deposits have been paid. Some hotels/ golf courses require full prepayment, but you will be advised of this at the time of receiving the deposit invoice.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted by Golfing Holidays – Worldwide, however they will incur a bank fee of 2%. Personal cheques will be accepted, but no booking is confirmed until the clearance of the cheque. Banking details will be provided on request for Direct Deposits.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total travel bill. There will be no refunds for unused accommodation or rounds of golf once travel has commenced. It is at the discretion of various golf clubs as to whether they will refund due to cancellation of a round due to inclement weather, or missed tee times. Golfing Holidays – Worldwide cannot take responsibility for missed or late tee times. It is your responsibility to be on the tee on time.
CHANGES TO THE ITINERARY:
The itinerary can be changed or amended up to three times, but will then incur a $50.00 amendment fee for each change after that.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Golfing Holidays – Worldwide highly recommend you take out Travel Insurance, and we take no responsibility for matters over which we have no control, including but without limitation, war or threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disaster, weather conditions, fire, flood,
droughts, industrial disputes, government action or reasonable apprehension of the foregoing, cancellation, curtailment or rescheduling of flights.
All reasonable care is taken to ensure that providers and suppliers maintain a high standard. However, as Golfing Holidays – Worldwide do not control the hotels/motels/golf courses/hire car operators/airlines or other services, we do not accept responsibility for inaccuracies or failures by any other party in the supply of travel, accommodation or other services, except as a direct result of
negligence on the part of Golfing Holidays – Worldwide or our employees.
