Bali - Ladies Golf & Spa Holiday
Elite Golf Tours has put together a special group tour just for the girls!
Come and join us on the beautiful tropical island of Bali, where we can play golf, or exchange our golf voucher for a wonderful Spa treatment, shop 'til we drop, dine in some wonderful restaurants, sightsee - and did we mention - shop 'til we drop!!! (Yes - I know I already mentioned it - but how wonderful to be able to do it without husbands or partners looking over our shoulders!)
The itinerary shown below doesn't mean that you have to follow it to the letter. You may prefer to laze by the pool, or do your own thing. It doesn't matter! That's what this holiday is all about - just doing whatever you want to do - taking some time for yourself!

Dates: 15 - 22nd July, 2005
Day 1:
Depart Australia
On arrival at Denpasar, we will be met and transferred to the fabulous Le Meridien Hotel, approximately 35 minutes away from the Airport, and our home for the next 7 nights.
Day 2:
Today might be the perfect day to get over our "jetlag" and book in for a Spa Treatment. Of course, we could always take a walk to the local village and barter over a designer copy handbag or two. It's also an interesting and easy walk to have a close-up look at the mystical Tanah Lot , known as the Sunset Temple, it's sited on a volcanic rock and can only be reached when the tide goes out. You'll understand why it's called the Sunset Temple, because the sky behind it turns red, adding to the mystery.
We'll meet for Cocktails tonight, and decide where we might go for dinner.
Day 3:
This morning we'll tee up on the fabulous Nirwana Golf Course, which is attached to the Hotel. Designed by Greg Norman, this course is constantly voted the Best Resort Course in Asia. It winds itself alongside the ocean, and through the hotel grounds. The rough is interesting! You may lose your ball in a rice paddie!
Another interesting restaurant for dinner tonight!
Day 4:
We'll go into Kuta today for shopping. Our guide will tell us all the best places to visit and where to find the best bargains.
Tonight we're invited to the General Manager's Cocktail party at sunset - a good time for viewing Tanah Lot again.
No doubt we'll be tired after our shopping spree, so perhaps we'll eat in the hotel tonight.

Day 5:
Time for another round of golf this morning. No doubt our tired muscles will need a massage this afternoon, after a leisurely swim!
Perhaps we could go to Jimbaran Bay tonight to a seafood restaurant right on the beach!
Day 6:
Today we will visit Ubud, set in the mountains, and home of many of Bali's artists and artisans. You will see a totally different side of Bali in Ubud - and, of course, there are shops a'plenty!
Day 7:
A last round of golf, a last Spa treatment, a last swim before we depart for home.
