Italy - Ferrari and Golf
The Ferrari Spider
Ever dreamed of driving a Ferrari? Now you can! You can combine a self-drive golfing holiday with sightseeing in Tuscany from the front seat of your own Ferrari -even if it is only for a few days! Or maybe your dream has been to put yourself behind the wheel of a Lamborghina or Maserati - the choice is yours!
Golfing Holidays, working in conjunction with our Agent in Italy, has put together a 7 day/6 night package, which can be used as part of a tour to Italy, or even as a 'stopover' enroute to London or another destination in Europe.
Day 1
Here is the suggested itinerary:
Meet and greet at Rome's Fuimicino airport and transfer to the meeting point where the participants will be introduced on how to drive the various Ferrari models:
• Ferrari F430 F1
• Ferrari 360 Modena F1 Spider
• Ferrari 575 Maranello F1.
During this immersion in the world of Ferrari, you will be part of a Ferrari-team and, with the support of the Tour Director, you will learn about the main differences between a 12-cylinder and an 8-cylinder. Imagine the emotions you will feel at the wheel of a Spider!
Drive to Siena where the group will arrive in the afternoon. On the way, you will stop to enjoy lunch in local restaurant.
Late in the afternoon, drive your Ferrari to Pienza for a dinner in a local restaurant and then back again to the hotel.
Today, you have driven your Ferrari for more than 250 km.
